What happens to my links if I stop paying?
Your shor10.co links keep redirecting, and links already past 30 days stay live — we don’t hold your traffic hostage. You drop to the free cap for new links, and links on a custom domain stop resolving, because the domain is part of the paid plan.
Can I get an expired link back?
Reactivating one is coming with billing. Until then, Duplicate makes a new link to the same destination — with a new random name on Free — and the expired link’s clicks don’t carry over.
Do you track the people who click?
No. We store a timestamp, hashed user-agent and IP, plus coarse country code, device class, and referring hostname. We do not keep the raw IP, full user-agent, or referring path/query. No analytics cookies or profiles — just a session cookie after you sign in and a cookie that remembers your language.
What are true human clicks and custom social previews?
True human clicks ignore social bots so scrapers don’t inflate your board. Custom social previews let Pro and Max set the title, image, and blurb bots see — people still go straight to the destination.
Is the free plan a trial?
No, it’s permanent. 50 links a month, no card, no expiry on the account itself.
